When my wife told me that she wanted to become a locksmith, I was a little nervous about how much business she would be able to drum up. I don't know why, but I always assumed that becoming a locksmith didn't take a lot of schooling--but I was wrong. After she started her apprenticeship, she would come home every day and tell me about how challenging the work was. I realized that she was potentially developing a long-lasting, lucrative career.
